Wellmade Products retrofit assemblies are designed to provide highly efficient fixture upgrades for virtually any type of linear fluorescent application. Wellmade retrofit assemblies are manufactured and priced to maximize return on investment while generating significant improvements to fixture performance, utilization and building aesthetics. Wellmade´s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility can manufacture custom retrofit components from any commercially available substrate, including Miro4 95% Specular Enhanced Aluminum.

Wellmade Products retrofit assemblies are custom designed and manufactured with installation efficiencies in mind. Most retrofit products are provided either as individual components or Factory Pre-Assembled units, complete with pre-wired and pre-installed ballast(s), lampholders, and sub-assembly. Factory assembly by trained technicians minimizes field installation labor and skill requirements while ensuring a top quality finished product.

Wellmade´s unique PK90+ Powder Coat reflective finish provides 92 - 94% reflectivity, far exceeds the performance of other "white paint" reflector products and rivals the performance of premium grade Specular products at a fraction of the cost. Wellmade's PK90+ automated painting process is environmentally friendly, and completed entirely in-house to ensure quality control. Post manufacture PK90+ ensures the long term performance of the components, eliminates sharp edges for the safety of installation staff and maintenance workers, and creates a finished retrofit product that is highly efficient while maintaining its pre-retrofit visual appearance.

 Specifications:
  1. Reflective surface must be PK90+ Post Painted Powder Coat White, applied by the reflector manufacturer to a fixture specific CAD/CAM designed roll formed custom steel or aluminum substrate. Reflector shall be designed and constructed to optimize fixture efficiency. Manufactured by Wellmade Products, Merced California.
  2. Reflector must have minimum reflectivity of 92 - 94% diffuse reflectivity.
  3. Reflector substrate must be U.L. approved as a ballast cover and wire raceway.
  4. Reflector design shall allow maximum batwing distribution.
  5. Reflective surfaces must be installed without the use of screws or mechanical fasteners. Reflector shall allow for tool free ballast access.
  6. Reflector kits must come equipped with new socket bars to correctly locate lamp sockets, made from .030 pre-painted white steel.
  7. Reflector shall comply with U.L. 1598 Standards for enclosure openings, material thickness and electrical component support.
